刘楚梁,男,湖南邵阳人,中共党员,博士,校聘副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事机械系统故障诊断、风电装备运维、主动噪声控制等方面的科研与教学工作,在《Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence》、《IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation & Measurement》、《Measurement》等权威期刊上发表论文多篇。
